Well, in my vision, I ultimately want to turn the Heart on Your Sleeve Tshirt Company into an experiential learning opportunity for at-risk youth.  The idea is to employ youth in the company, and have them work their way up through a series of jobs that increase their skill levels.  Starting with basic workplace skills of organization, promptness, reliability, etc.  Then working their way up to working with designers, learning professional design techniques and the graphic computer skills to turn that knowledge into real products.  And ultimately learning the management skills to effectively run a business.  When they have worked their way through all of the levels, they will have the skills to either be a valuable employee to any organization, or go out and start their own enterprise!    If you are a designer and are interested in being part of an enterprise like this,  contact me at sean@heartonyoursleeve.net for more information.
